B&M – Differential Cover

Description

The B&M cast aluminum differential cover (ref. 41297) is designed for the Ford 8.8 in. differential. It strengthens the rear end by preventing case distortion and ring gear and bearing cap deflection. Constructed of A356.0-T6 aluminum, this rugged unit dissipates heat much faster than the stock factory unit to prolong the life of your ring and pinion gears. The U.S. military grade specification (MIL-A-8625) black anodize finish increases durability and aesthetics. A magnetic drain plug captures ferrous metal particles. Compatible with Ford Explorer Sport, F-150, and Mustang vehicles (see Application section).
