Description

The MSD Street Fire HEI distributor (P/N 83623) is a quality-built replacement for stock distributors on Chevy Small and Big Block engines. It comes ready-to-run with a dependable internal 4-pin ignition module and internal coil. The adjustable centrifugal mechanical advance assembly (PN 8428) uses coated weights and welded weight pins (not just pressed in) for durability. The iron gear is the same specification as MSD’s Pro-Billet models. A vacuum advance stop plate limits the amount of vacuum advance. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
