Description

The MSD Distributor Gear #85834 is an OEM replacement for Ford 302 ci. (4.9L–5.0L) engines equipped with a roller camshaft. 50-State Legal. Manufactured from proprietary formulated ductile iron, treated with Melonite QPQ coating to reduce friction and initial wear. The increased outer hardened layer (RC55-60) and micro polished surface ensure smooth contact and long service life. Interstitial carbide concentration improves running properties. ID: 0.531 in. (13.49 mm). Fits Mustang GT/LX/SVT Cobra, Bronco, F-150, and Thunderbird 1985–1996.
