Description

The MSD Ready-To-Run Distributor #85951 is designed for Ford FE engines (5.4L–7.0L). This model includes a built-in ignition module and can be used without an external ignition box. It features an integrated vacuum advance and comes with a steel gear pre-installed for hydraulic roller cams. The CNC billet aluminum housing is accurate to within 0.001 in. The QPQ-coated hardened steel shaft rides in a sealed ball bearing. The advance plate and weights are fine-blanked from chrome-moly steel with staked/TIG-welded pins. Combined mechanical and vacuum advance. Includes cap.
