Built from hardened T6 aluminum alloy with 100% TIG welds, they deliver superior strength while being far lighter than steel. Their open design with aggressive cutouts is ideal for desert baja and rock crawling alike. The textured black powder coat provides maximum corrosion resistance. Installation uses the existing factory hinge points — no drilling required. Check local laws before installing tube doors.
