Description

The CTS Turbo CTS-EXH-DP-0030 catless race downpipes are engineered for the Mercedes-Benz W205 C63 AMG and C63S AMG equipped with the M177 V8 4.0L twin-turbocharged engine. Manufactured from CAST T304 stainless steel, these downpipes are hand TIG welded and back-purged to ensure long-term reliability. Integrated heat shielding keeps heat within the exhaust stream and away from the engine bay, allowing harder and longer driving sessions without excessive heat concerns. Designed with the latest CAD technology to replace the restrictive factory catalytic converters while reusing OEM mounting points for a direct bolt-on fit. These downpipes deliver faster turbo spool, improved throttle response, and a louder, deeper exhaust tone. Note: downpipe-specific Stage 2 tuning is required to remove the check engine light.
