Description

The CTS Turbo CTS-EXH-DP-0056-CAT 3.5-inch stainless steel high-flow cat (HFC) downpipe is designed for the EVO4 all-wheel-drive (AWD) platform: VW Golf R MK8 and Audi S3 8Y with Continental turbocharger. The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust gas flow and negatively impacts power, especially on tuned vehicles. This HFC downpipe retains a high-performance catalytic converter for improved emissions compatibility while delivering significantly better exhaust flow. The 3.5-inch cast stainless steel flange is paired with a 3-inch CNC mandrel bent tube, 100% TIG welded. Removable reducer for OEM exhaust compatibility and stainless steel clamps are included. Factory mounting locations retained. Excellent sound with no drone. Note: not compatible with OPF/GPF vehicles. Stage 2 tune required to remove CEL. Fitment: VW Golf R MK8 & Audi S3 8Y AWD (see Application Section).
