Description

The CTS Turbo EVO 3.5-inch Single High-Flow CAT downpipe (CTS-EXH-DP-0045-CAT) is engineered specifically for the 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine found in the Audi RS3 8V/8Y and TT RS 8S. Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel with laser-cut flanges and a precision-machined V-band, this single 3.5-inch downpipe replaces the restrictive factory main catalytic converters with a free-flowing 200-cell high-performance sport cat. The design was developed using the latest 3D scanning technology and optimized through CAD exhaust flow simulation to ensure optimal gas routing and even split into two outlets. A Y-pipe is included for a clean factory exhaust fitment. O2 sensor placement mirrors factory positioning for seamless integration. Sound is aggressive with no drone under normal driving conditions. Important: Stage 2 software is required to prevent a check engine light after installation.
