Description

The CTS Turbo Downpipe (part# CTS-EXH-DP-0033-CAT) is a 3" T304 stainless steel downpipe with a 200-cell metallic high-flow catalytic converter, specifically engineered for the Volkswagen Jetta SE 1.4T MK6/MK7. The OEM factory downpipe is designed for compliance, not performance, severely restricting exhaust flow and limiting horsepower output — especially once the vehicle has been ECU tuned. This CTS Turbo downpipe features seamless T304 stainless steel construction that is 100% TIG welded for maximum durability, a CNC machined turbine discharge flange, mandrel-bent stainless tubing, and smooth transitions for optimal exhaust gas flow. The modular design simplifies installation and ensures compatibility with both factory and aftermarket exhaust systems. T304 stainless steel O2 bungs with plugs and stainless steel clamps are included. ECU stage 2 tune required. Not compatible with twin-charged or hybrid engines.
