Description

The CTS Turbo Catless Downpipe (part# CTS-EXH-DP-0033) is a 3" seamless T304 stainless steel catless downpipe engineered for the Volkswagen Jetta SE 1.4T MK6/MK7. The factory OEM downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and limits power output — especially once the vehicle is ECU tuned. This CTS Turbo 100% TIG welded downpipe maximizes exhaust gas flow with a CNC machined turbine discharge flange, mandrel-bent stainless tubing, smooth transitions, and a modular design for straightforward installation. Compatible with both factory and aftermarket exhaust systems. T304 stainless O2 bungs with plugs and stainless steel clamps are included. ECU stage 2 tune required. Not compatible with twin-charged or hybrid engines. Note: a check engine light will appear — proper tuning software is required to remove it. CTS Turbo recommends using a high-flow cat for environmental responsibility.
