Description

The CTS Turbo Downpipe with High-Flow Cat (part# CTS-EXH-DP-0013-CAT) is a 3" seamless T304 stainless steel downpipe with high-flow catalytic converter, engineered for Volkswagen vehicles equipped with the Gen 3 TSI EA888.3 engine (1.8T/2.0T), including the Jetta MK6, Jetta GLI MK6, Passat B7, and Beetle MK2 with V-band downpipe and black engine cover (no MAF). The factory OEM downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and hurts horsepower, especially once the vehicle is tuned. This 100% TIG welded T304 stainless downpipe features a CNC machined turbine discharge flange, 3" mandrel-bent tubing, smooth transitions for optimal exhaust gas flow, and a modular design for straightforward installation. Compatible with factory and aftermarket exhaust systems. T304 stainless O2 bung and stainless steel clamps are included. ECU stage 2 upgrade strongly recommended.
