Description

The CTS Turbo Catless Downpipe (part# CTS-EXH-DP-0013) is a 3" seamless T304 stainless steel catless downpipe engineered for Volkswagen vehicles equipped with the Gen 3 TSI EA888.3 engine (1.8T/2.0T), including the Jetta MK6, Jetta GLI MK6, Passat B7, and Beetle MK2 with V-band downpipe and black engine cover (no MAF). The factory OEM downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and limits horsepower, especially after ECU tuning. This 100% TIG welded T304 stainless downpipe features a CNC machined turbine discharge flange, 3" mandrel-bent tubing, smooth transitions, and a modular design for simple installation. Compatible with factory and aftermarket exhaust systems. T304 stainless O2 bung and stainless steel clamps are included. ECU stage 2 upgrade strongly recommended. A check engine light will occur — proper tuning software is required to remove it.
