CTS Turbo – 3" Catless Downpipe

Description

The CTS Turbo Catless Downpipe (CTS-EXH-DP-0003-T) is specifically designed for the VW Tiguan MK1 and Audi Q3 8U equipped with the 1.8T and 2.0T engines. Manufactured by CTS Turbo, each downpipe is built from 3-inch T304 seamless stainless steel tubing and is 100% TIG welded for superior quality and durability over lesser seamed products that can crack and decay over time. The CTS downpipe eliminates the restrictive factory downpipe, increases turbo spool-up, and improves peak power. The 3-inch diameter allows exhaust gases to exit the turbo and wastegate with less turbulence, resulting in more power and torque throughout the entire powerband. T304 O2 bungs, T304 flanges, and stainless clamps ensure a clean, reliable installation. Note: a check engine light (CEL) will occur; proper tuning software is required to resolve it.
