Description

The CTS Turbo 2.5″ stainless steel downpipe (part# CTS-EXH-DP-0018) is designed for Mini Cooper S vehicles equipped with N14 and N18 engines. The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and has adverse effects on horsepower, especially once your car is tuned. This CTS Turbo downpipe eliminates those restrictions with T304 seamless stainless steel mandrel bent tubing, a CNC machined turbine discharge flange and smooth transitions for optimal exhaust gas flow. The modular design makes installation of a catalytic converter simple and straightforward. 100% TIG welded with integrated T304 stainless O2 bungs. Delivers an aggressive performance sound. Note: proper stage 2 tuning software is strongly recommended to remove the CEL. Compatible with a wide range of Mini variants (see Application Section). Ideal for maximizing power gains after an ECU tune.
