Description

The MBRP GM8428 is a direct replacement Turbo Downpipe designed for Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD 2500/3500 trucks equipped with V8 6.0L and V8 6.6L Turbo Diesel Duramax engines. This downpipe replaces the restrictive OEM factory component and mounts between the factory turbo and the existing exhaust system. Specifically designed for vehicles using a 3 bolt flange style connection. Built with full 16-gauge mandrel bent tubing for maximum exhaust flow, along with an extremely durable high-temperature ceramic coating. This downpipe deepens the sound of the V8 diesel engine, lowers exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), improves fuel economy, and provides quicker throttle response. Diameter is 3 inches. Not for sale in California. Compatible with Silverado 2500 HD, 3500 HD, Sierra 2500 HD, and 3500 HD (see Application Section). Backed by a limited 3-year warranty.
