Description

The MBRP GMCA424 is a direct replacement Turbo Downpipe designed for Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD 2500/3500 trucks equipped with the V8 6.6L Turbo Diesel Duramax engine (LLY, LBZ, or LMM), as well as V8 6.0L and V8 8.1L versions. This direct replacement component mounts between the factory turbo and the existing exhaust system, replacing the restrictive OEM downpipe. Built with full 16-gauge mandrel bent tubing and a high-temperature ceramic coating, it delivers maximum exhaust flow, deepens the sound of the V8 diesel engine, lowers exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), improves fuel economy, and provides quicker throttle response. Diameter is 3 inches. CARB EO D-763-1 compliant. Compatible with mid to late 2004 models and subsequent years (see Application Section). Backed by a limited 3-year warranty.
