Description

The Powermaster PowerMAX Plus Starter (part #9000) is a Hitachi PP106 style replacement. Rated at 1.4 kW / 1.9 HP, it handles up to 14:1 compression with 170 ft-lbs of cranking torque and a 3.7:1 gear reduction. Billet aluminum mounting block with 4-position rotation. Compatible with 153 or 168-tooth flywheels. Clears most headers and oil pans; can be inverted with solenoid down. Compatible with Chevrolet Camaro, Corvette, Monte Carlo, and Pontiac Firebird (see Application section). Made in USA, individually dyno tested.
