The liner sits on top of the folded flat Double Stack Tray — it will NOT fit on top of the raised Double Stack Cargo Tray. Does NOT fit vehicles with 3rd row seats, or vehicles without the Double Stack Cargo Tray option. DuraGrip™ TPE material resists harsh chemicals. UniEdge™ channels mud, snow, and liquids.
