Description

The EXEDY FF501A racing lightweight flywheel is machined from chromoly steel to cut rotating mass and engine inertia. Revs climb faster, rev-matched downshifts are easier to nail and throttle response is more immediate — a clear advantage on turbocharged Subaru boxer engines.

This model is Pull Type and must be paired with a clutch of the same configuration. Chromoly is stronger than the original cast iron unit and holds up to sustained high-rpm use; the part is SFI 1.1 certified, a homologation required in several racing classes. Fits the Subaru Impreza WRX STi, Legacy GT spec.B and WRX STi 2.5T. EXEDY is a globally recognized original equipment supplier.
