S&B – 60 Gallon Replacement Fuel Tank

Description

The S&B 10-1016-1 replacement fuel tank with a 60-gallon capacity is designed for Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD equipped with the 6.6L V8 Turbo Diesel engine in Crew Cab Long Bed configuration (See Application Section). This tank directly replaces the factory tank and offers significantly increased fuel capacity for extended range. The distance-to-empty (DTE) will show about half the actual mileage remaining; this is normal with all aftermarket high-capacity tanks. The fuel gauge will operate properly but will remain on full for the first 4-5 gallons. The larger bottom surface area provides a greater fuel reserve. High-flow nozzles will not fill automatically.
