Description
The Cometic cylinder head gasket (ref. C5245-060) is manufactured using MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) technology for the Chevrolet Gen-1 Small Block V8 engine. Featuring a round 4.060" bore and 0.060" compressed thickness, this gasket is compatible with 18° and 23° cylinder heads. The 0.060" thickness is ideal for engines requiring reduced compression ratio or with heavily resurfaced sealing surfaces.
