Description

The BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Gasket Set (P/N 1041483) is designed for the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty equipped with the V8 6.0L Turbo Diesel engine. Typical aftermarket exhaust manifold bolts are much shorter than stock, which after numerous heat cycles can cause them to fatigue and stretch, leading to exhaust leaks and possible breakage after repeated re-torques. This kit includes 16 pieces of 18 mm spacers and 40 mm flange head exhaust bolts, class 10.9, with non-zinc plated fasteners to prevent zinc embrittlement and improve thermal durability.
