BD Diesel – Full Bore Exhaust Manifold

Description

The BD Diesel Full Bore Exhaust Manifold (P/N 1041460) is designed for the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD / 3500 HD equipped with the V8 6.6L Turbo Diesel engine. The factory driver-side exhaust manifold is pinched down to allow steering shaft clearance, limiting its flow to only 80% of the passenger side. The BD Full Bore manifold restores exhaust flow balance, improving power and reducing EGT. Made from high-silicon ductile iron, it is a direct bolt-in replacement and is drilled and tapped to accept the most popular EGT probes.
