Description

The aFe POWER 48-33022 Twisted Steel Headers outflow and outperform the Ford diesel factory exhaust manifolds by +7% for a true bolt-on performance header system on the F-250 and F-350 Super Duty V8-6.0L Power Stroke 2003-2007. These precision-designed headers are mandrel-bent from 1-3/4" into 2" brushed 304 stainless steel tubing with a .120" wall and 100% hand TIG-welded for strength and durability. Optimized tube lengths deliver true pulse control technology for improved flow and performance across the power band. Laser-cut HD flanges are machined to match the exhaust ports for a leak-free seal. EGT ports with plugs, quality hardware and gaskets are included for hassle-free bolt-on installation.
