The BBK Performance Shorty Tuned Length exhaust header kit (SKU 40060) is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory manifolds on Cadillac/Chevrolet/GMC trucks, SUVs, and utility vehicles equipped with the V8 6.0L Vortec engine. Built with 1.75 in. 14-gauge CNC mandrel-bent tubing, these headers deliver unrestricted exhaust flow for 10 to 15 HP gains over stock. Optimized tuned-length scavenging waves improve combustion and fuel economy. Precision laser-cut 3/8 in. one-piece flanges guarantee a leak-free fit. Robotically and precision hand-welded, then pressure-tested. Polished silver high-temp ceramic coated finish. New gaskets and hardware included. CARB EO D-245-18.
