Hedman Hedders has been manufacturing quality headers in the USA since 1954. The silver HTC long-tube headers (SKU 28146) are crafted from smooth-flowing, CNC mandrel-bent mild steel tubes, hand-welded to ensure a consistent fit from one pair to the next. Their long-tube design maximizes horsepower and torque by providing ample exhaust flow for Pontiac 326-455 engines. Hedman's unique ball and socket gasketless collector design allows bolt-on installation even with slight exhaust system misalignment. The polished HTC Silver Ceramic-Metallic finish resists corrosion and withstands temperatures up to 1400°F, backed by a 5-year factory warranty. Depending on vehicle configuration, oil filter relocation may be required. Each set includes gaskets, bolts, 2-1/2 in. ball & socket reducers, and all necessary mounting hardware. Compatible with power steering and automatic transmission.
