Description

Hedman Hedders has been manufacturing high-performance headers in the USA since 1954. The uncoated long-tube headers (SKU 28150) are made from quality mild steel, CNC mandrel-bent for smooth flow and hand-welded to ensure consistency from pair to pair. The long-tube design with 1-3/4 in. primary tubes provides optimal exhaust flow for Pontiac 326-455 engines, maximizing top-end horsepower and torque. Hedman's unique ball and socket gasketless collector design allows bolt-on installation even with slight exhaust system misalignment. These headers are uncoated and ship with a temporary black paint that burns off at normal operating temperatures. Each set includes gaskets, bolts, 2-1/2 in. ball & socket reducers, and all necessary mounting hardware. Compatible with power steering, manual transmission (column and floor), and automatic floor transmission.
