Description

Hedman Hedders headers (SKU 65003) are 1-3/4 in. long-tube headers in uncoated mild steel (Standard-Duty), designed for Chevrolet Camaro 1967-1969 equipped with the small block (SB) 283-400 (Gen 1, 1958-86). The uncoated finish ships with temporary protective paint. The 3 in. ball & socket collector requires no gasket and allows better exhaust system misalignment management. The 1-3/4 in. (16g) tuned tubes with rectangular ports deliver excellent top-end horsepower and torque. The long-tube (FULL LENGTH) design is ideal for racing and performance street applications. Air conditioning, all automatic and manual transmission configurations, and power steering compatible. Sold as a pair with all required hardware, gaskets, and reducers. Not legal for street use on 1975 and newer models; off-road use only. Made in the USA since 1954 by Hedman Hedders.
