Description

The Hedman 68440 are uncoated mild steel long-tube headers designed for Chevrolet Corvette models equipped with the Small Block Chevy (Gen 1) 283-400 engine. Handcrafted in the USA with CNC mandrel-bent tubes, the ball & socket gasketless collector design allows greater exhaust misalignment tolerance. The 1-5/8 in. tubes provide excellent exhaust flow for maximum horsepower and torque. Uncoated – shipped with temporary black paint. WARNING: Not legal for street use on 1975 and later model years. Off-road use only.
