Description

The BD Diesel exhaust manifold kit (P/N 1041467) is designed for Dodge Durango, Ram 1500 DT and Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles equipped with the 5.7L HEMI V8 engine. These upgraded manifolds address common OEM bolt failures by incorporating extended fasteners and spacers that effectively withstand thermal expansion. Heat shield mounting locations are independent from the mounting bolts, further enhancing reliability. Made from high-silicon ductile iron, they feature uniform wall thickness to prevent warping and cracking. Bolt mating surfaces are machined for a secure bolted joint. The kit includes all new bolts, nuts, spacers and gaskets. Note: does not fit 2019+ DS body style. Also available separately: driver side (1041465) and passenger side (1041469).
