Description

The BD Diesel exhaust manifold (P/N 1041469) passenger side is designed for Dodge Durango, Ram 1500 DT and Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles equipped with the 5.7L HEMI V8 engine. This upgraded manifold addresses common OEM bolt failures by incorporating extended fasteners and spacers that withstand thermal expansion. The heat shield mounting location is independent from the mounting bolts, enhancing reliability. Made from high-silicon ductile iron, it features uniform wall thickness to prevent warping and cracking. Bolt mating surfaces are machined for a secure bolted joint. The kit includes all new bolts, nuts, spacers and gaskets. Note: does not fit 2019+ DS body style. Also available as a complete kit (1041467) or driver side only (1041465).
