Description

This BD Diesel exhaust manifold kit (SKU 1046067) is designed to withstand extreme temperature cycling caused by DPF regeneration on the 6.7L Cummins Cab & Chassis. The fully divided pulse manifold is cast from thick-walled high-silicon ductile iron to prevent cracking and exhaust leaks. Precision slip joints allow thermal expansion and contraction, reducing cyclic fatigue and greatly increasing manifold longevity. The kit is fully EGR-compatible and includes EGR port, exhaust port and turbo mount gaskets, grade 10.9 black oxide-coated bolts, and spacers. Pre-drilled for pyrometer probes. SEMA Certification No. SC-BDD01-0077.
