The aFe Power Twisted Steel Short Tube Headers (SKU 48-48023) in 14-gauge 409 stainless steel are engineered for the Jeep Wrangler JK V6-3.8L to deliver horsepower and torque gains over factory exhaust manifolds. True mitered collectors eliminate dead space that causes turbulence, using pulse control technology to improve flow and performance. 3/8 in. thick laser-cut flanges prevent warpage and ensure a leak-free seal throughout the vehicle's life. These headers retain stock catalytic converters and are a direct bolt-on installation requiring no cutting or drilling. Smooth curves and increased tubing diameter remove restriction and maintain optimal exhaust gas flow. 100% hand MIG-welded for maximum strength.
