Description

The PTP Lava Inlet Pipe Blanket (FPRO35-128-31) is designed for the Honda Civic 1.5T to insulate the turbocharger inlet pipe. It keeps exhaust gases hot on the hot side, reduces turbo lag, lowers intake air temperatures, and protects under-hood components (up to 60% heat reduction).

Constructed with a silicone-impregnated fiberglass outer layer (600°F direct / 1,100°F radiant), internally insulated with high-temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool (1,832°F continuous / 2,300°F peak), overlaid with a high-temperature stainless steel mesh. Hand-crafted in North America with guaranteed quality.
