Description

The CURT loaded forged ball mount (SKU 45331) is a high-capacity mount designed for heavy-duty towing. It comes pre-fitted with a factory-torqued 2-5/16" trailer ball (#40030), making it ready to tow right out of the package. Solid forged steel construction offers superior strength compared to standard stamped-steel ball mounts. The 2" hollow shank (8-1/2" length) with 2" drop is fully protected by a highly durable carbide black powder coat. Polished chrome-plated ball completes the set. Capacity: 15,000 lb GTW / 1,500 lb TW. Fits Class 3, 4 and 5 hitches (2" receiver). NOTE: Hitch pin sold separately. Weight capacity may change if the trailer ball is removed.
