Description

BD-Built Performance Stage 1 injectors (SKU 1716600) are assembled using OE procedures and fully calibrated and tested to ensure perfect operation. Stage 1 injectors increase fuel quantity by 33%, equating to approximately 60hp. Each injector receives a new extrude-honed OE quality Bosch nozzle and control valve, then is precision calibrated to a flow tolerance of ±2% versus OEM ±5%, and validated on a Bosch 815 test bench across 8+ operating conditions. Manufactured by a Bosch-trained technician.
