Description

The Edelbrock Spacer Kit #8729 includes a 7/16 in. thick spacer and two 0.045 in. gaskets for a total thickness of 1/2 in. Compatible with all Performer RPM II 5.0 PN #7123, 7184, and 7185 manifolds. It raises the upper manifold 1/2 in. to increase valve cover to upper plenum clearance, necessary when using roller rockers. It also provides heat insulation between the lower and upper manifolds, and the extra 1/2 in. runner length helps produce more torque. Includes new base-to-upper fasteners. Designed for the engine swap market. Not legal on pollution-controlled vehicles.
