Description

The CTS Turbo billet intake manifold plenum (part number CTS-HW-524) is designed specifically for the Audi RS3 8V and TT RS 8S equipped with DAZA or DNWA engines (2018–2021). Manufactured from 6061 billet aluminum with a black anodized finish, this plenum strategically relocates the throttle body mounting flange outward, eliminating the OEM spacer and optimizing airflow to the nearest cylinder. CFD-validated design delivers an impressive 53% reduction in overall pressure drop at 600 CFM (stock: 35.0 inH2O vs CTS: 16.5 inH2O). On a Stage 3 modified RS3, gains of 45 WHP and 60 WTG were measured over the stock plenum with no additional tuning. Two integrated 1/8 NPT ports add versatility. Compatible with both CTS and OEM throttle body inlets. Comes pre-assembled and pressure tested.
