The Banks Power Techni-Cooler® Intercooler System (P/N 25975) is engineered for Ford Excursion, F-250 Super Duty, and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.0L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel engine for model years 2005 to 2007. Superior to stock, this kit includes mandrel-bent high-flow boost tubes, large high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks, a wide-open inlet and outlet, and a thicker core area with improved volume. Techni-Cooler® increases cooling capacity by delivering cooler, denser air that improves combustion and engine efficiency, providing higher continuous power, lower exhaust gas temperatures, and better fuel economy.
