Description

The Mishimoto turbo intercooler kit for the Ford 6.0L Powerstroke is engineered to improve airflow, substantially lower air charge temperatures and EGTs, and support high power levels. The mandrel-bent, mirror-polished aluminum piping eliminates restrictive bends for smooth, unimpeded airflow. Silicone boots with DuraCore technology provide superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, extending their service life. Constant-tension T-bolt clamps ensure reliable sealing. The bar-and-plate intercooler core features a significant increase in core volume and cast aluminum end tanks to deliver cool, dense air to the engine, reducing pressure drop for overall efficiency gains.
