The Mishimoto air-to-water intercooler for the Ford 6.7L Powerstroke (2017+) replaces the stock stamped and stacked plate design with precision TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks on a robust bar-and-plate core, reducing potential failure points. A mandrel-bent cold-side pipe and silicone couplers with DuraCore technology further boost durability. Flow bench testing demonstrated 22% greater airflow versus the stock intercooler. On the dyno, that extra flow provided 40 lb-ft more torque without any other modifications. Available in silver finish. Protected by the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
