The Mishimoto Performance Turbo Intercooler Kit (part # MMINT-MUS4-15KWBK) is engineered specifically for the Ford Mustang EcoBoost (See Application Section). The all-aluminum, TIG-welded bar-and-plate intercooler delivers a 58% increase in core size and 165% increase in external fin surface area over stock, reducing intake temperatures by 35°F with minimal pressure loss. Bolt-on installation requires no modifications to your Mustang — it mounts in the stock location, remains compatible with the active grille shutters, and keeps the radiator and AC condenser unobstructed. CFD-tested cast end tanks include an in-tank air diverter on the hot side for optimal flow. The kit includes mandrel-bent aluminum piping (2.5 in. hot-side, 2.75 in. cold-side), 4-layer heat-resistant silicone couplers, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, and a precision CNC-machined BPV flange to retain the stock blow-off valve. Stealth Black Wrinkle finish.
