Description

The Mishimoto Performance Turbo Intercooler (part # MMINT-RGR-19BK) is designed specifically for the Ford Ranger 2.3L EcoBoost (See Application Section). The precision TIG-welded bar-and-plate core paired with durable cast aluminum end tanks offers increased durability against heat, pressure, and road/trail debris compared to the stock tube-and-fin core with plastic end tanks. It is 24% less restrictive than stock, with a 46% increase in core volume and a 49% increase in fin surface area. Dyno-proven gains of 13.6 whp and 13.9 lb-ft of torque are achieved when combined with Mishimoto intercooler pipes. Includes a bung for a boost sensor or water-meth injection and CNC-machined quick-disconnect inlet/outlet for easy installation. Compatible with active grille shutters and adaptive cruise control. Black finish.
