Description

The aFe POWER BladeRunner GT Series intercooler is designed for the Ford F-250/F-350 V8-6.4L Turbo Diesel Power Stroke. It represents the next generation in intercooler design with a 3 IN bar and plate core that outperforms OE tube and fin designs. End tanks are constructed from 3/16 IN TIG welded aluminum plate with three multi-directional vanes for maximum cooling. 44% larger than stock, +40% flow over stock. Tested at 200 psi, featuring 4 pre-tapped 1/8 IN ports for gauges and auxiliary options. In testing produced a 200° temperature drop and 100° EGT drop.
