CTS Turbo – 2.0T FSI Throttle Pipe

Description

The CTS Turbo Throttle Pipe (part# CTS-IT-500) is engineered for VW/Audi 2.0T FSI EA113 engines found in the Golf GTI MK5, Golf R MK6, Jetta MK5, Passat B6, and Audi A3 8P / TT-S MK2. The factory OEM charge piping features inefficient bends and a restrictive diameter that limit airflow and performance potential. This CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the full inside diameter to 2.5" using mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, significantly improving airflow between the intercooler and throttle body. The black powder coat finish provides a clean, corrosion-resistant look under the hood. A CNC machined MAP flange, DV relocation/noise pipe bung, and an integrated water methanol bung compatible with Snow Performance kits are all included for a straight bolt-on installation. Four-ply silicone connectors and stainless steel clamps ensure a secure, leak-free seal. Experience increased horsepower and torque throughout the full power band along with an aggressive race-inspired intake sound.
