Description

The CTS Turbo Throttle Pipe (part# CTS-IT-215) is specifically engineered for the Volkswagen Jetta MK6, Jetta GLI MK6, Passat B7, and Beetle MK2 equipped with the Gen 3 TSI EA888.3 engine in 1.8T or 2.0T variants — note: not compatible with MQB platforms (Golf MK7, GTI MK7, Golf R MK7: choose CTS-IT-280 for those models). The OEM charge piping features inefficient bends and a restrictive diameter that limit airflow and reduce performance potential. This CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the full inside diameter to 2.5" using mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, maximizing airflow between the intercooler and throttle body. The integrated water methanol bung is compatible with Snow Performance and AEM injection kits. A CNC machined MAP flange, 4-ply silicone connectors, and stainless steel clamps complete the kit for a straightforward bolt-on installation.
