Description

The CTS Turbo CTS-25T-EVO-DF is a direct-fit front-mounted intercooler (FMIC) designed for the Audi RS3 8V and TT RS 8S equipped with the 2.5T EVO engine. Manufactured by CTS Turbo, this giant FMIC addresses the underwhelming performance of the OEM intercooler, which penalizes both stock and tuned vehicles. Its core is 42% larger than stock (873.60 in³ vs 510.05 in³) and passes pressure testing up to 50 psi. Bar and plate construction with internal air-directing fins ensures maximum airflow and minimal pressure drop. Cast aluminum end tanks attach to factory hoses seamlessly for a boost-leak free fit. This FMIC is rated for power levels in excess of 700 HP. Designed using the latest 3D scanning technology. Compatible with Audi RS3 8V and TTRS 8S (See Application Section).
