Description

The CTS Turbo CTS-20T-A3-DF is a direct-fit OEM replacement front-mounted intercooler (FMIC) kit for the Audi A3 8P 2.0T. Manufactured by CTS Turbo, this bolt-on kit installs without any bumper trimming or modification. The OEM intercooler is adequate for stock boost levels, but once boost is increased through ECU tuning, it struggles to keep charged air temperatures in check, resulting in boost cut and timing pull. The high-efficiency bar and plate core reduces pressure drop so the turbo works more efficiently and boost leaving the turbocharger is cooler and denser for more power. Cast aluminum high-efficiency end tanks maintain all factory mounting points. Rated for power levels in excess of 600 HP. Core dimensions: 23" Length x 2" Thick x 16.5" Height.
