Description

The CTS Turbo Direct-Fit FMIC Intercooler (CTS-B8-DF) is specifically designed for the Audi A4, A5, and Allroad B8/B8.5 1.8T and 2.0T TFSI platform. Manufactured by CTS Turbo, this high-density bar and plate intercooler core is nearly twice the size of the OEM unit and was developed using the latest 3D scanning technology for a seamless factory fit. The minimal pressure drop measured (1-2 psi) ensures optimal airflow throughout the system. Cast aluminum end tanks and high-flow silicone hoses guarantee a boost-leak-free, long-lasting seal. This kit also includes a high-flow turbo outlet fitting that deletes the factory turbo muffler found on stock turbos. Compatible with factory turbos, K04 kits, and BOSS kits, it suits vehicles from stock boost levels through Stage 1-2 and big turbo applications. Note: vehicles equipped with Audi Drive Select (ADS) will require an additional ADS oil cooler (sold separately).
