CTS Turbo – Direct-Fit FMIC Kit MK2 TT/TTS

Description

The CTS Turbo Direct-Fit FMIC Kit (CTS-20T-TT-DF) is designed as a drop-in replacement for the OEM front-mounted intercooler in the Audi TT and TTS MK2 2.0T. Manufactured by CTS Turbo, this kit requires no bumper trimming or modification and maintains all factory mounting points. The OEM FMIC is adequate for stock boost levels, but once boost is increased via an ECU tune, charged air temperatures become unmanageable, causing boost cut and timing pull. The CTS direct-fit FMIC uses a high-efficiency bar and plate intercooler core (23" x 2" x 16.5", cast aluminum end tanks) that minimizes pressure drop, reduces turbo workload, extends turbo life, and provides cooler, denser air for more power to the ground. Rated for power levels in excess of 600 HP.
